2016 Property Outlook Part 3: Queensland, ACT and South Australia (Bryce Holdaway & Ben Kingsley)
Empower Wealth is an advocate for borderless investing. We believe that in search for the ideal property for our clients’ investing strategy, we shouldn’t be bound by geographical location and should be looking at areas beyond our own backyard. Of course, not all investors need to buy interstate and these type of decisions certainly can’t be made lightly. To justify an interstate investment, we first look at our clients’ investing strategy and more importantly, their comfort zone. We then spend hours of researching to ensure the market that our clients are buying in is well worth their time. This includes analysing the market’s historical performance, lifestyle factors, economic activities, infrastructure facilities, future developments and many more. It is also important to note that there are markets within markets, so when we find a suitable market, an equal amount of due diligence and research needs to be conducted on the property that we are purchasing.
In this Australian Property Market Outlook, Ben Kingsley and Bryce Holdaway have a general discussion on how each state has performed in the previous year, what are the market trend, outlook for the year ahead and potential for property investing.
